Organisers of the JCP Swansea Half Marathon have announced that True Sports Performance brand ASICS has come on board as the Official Sports Training Partner for 2016.

ASICS will support the race and runners with useful tools like the MY ASICS on-line training programme, where runners find a whole host of expertise, advice and specific training plans. MY ASICS is an online tool that helps runners achieve their running goal, allowing them to set up an individual training plan for popular running distances. In addition to the individual planning, runners can also log their runs, find useful information and communicate and share their progress with other runners via the MY ASICS Website and Mobile app. Further details can be found online at http://my.asics.co.uk . ASICS will be present at the race village during the half marathon with their performance trailer where runners can have their gait analysis done by the qualified ASICS tech team free of charge, be given recommendations on ASICS products to suit their running style needs, and receive tips and advise on any running related issues. ASICS will also promote the JCP Swansea Half Marathon through its channels, attracting a wider audience to take part in the race.
