Volunteer
You don’t have to be a runner to enjoy the Swansea Half Marathon. Over the last decade we have had hundreds of volunteers who make up our RACE MAKER team, all of whom contribute to a successful race experience for everyone.
All you need is lots of enthusiasm, a smile and a positive attitude.

What to expect…
We will provide you with a Race Maker event t-shirt to be worn on the day and FREE entry into another event.
Refreshments for the duration of the event.
You will need to be able to commit to between 8am and 4pm on race day depending on your role.
As As well as individuals, we also want to hear from local community groups and clubs who can coordinate their own team of Race Makers in return for a financial donation to your organisation. Whether you are an individual or a group of volunteers complete the form below to register your information and we will get in touch with you closer to race day.
How To Register
Pacers
There’s no better feeling than pacing others to achieve their PB on race day! If you pace with us you will get everything you need for race day including a hi-vis pacer t-shirt and flag that shows your specific race time. You’ll need to be a natural motivator and have lots of enthusiasm as you encourage those around you to achieve their desired times. Groups
